Co-owner and mechanic Jeff Crawford started his career repairing motorcycles as a young boy. He has been riding motorcycles since age five. Today, he owns a 2009 Sportster 883 which he maintains and rides frequently. As a lifelong motorcycle enthusiast he has experience with all makes and models from minor maintenance to major engine repair.
Co-owner and mechanic Brad Weiss owns a quad, Can-Am dirt bike, and two Harleys (one for him and one for his wife). For seven years he raced go-carts with CR-125 motorcycle engines. He has even raced with Mario Andretti, Michael Shumacher, and other well-known racers. As part of his racing hobby he “blueprinted” (added extra features and parts to) the CR-125 engine to increase horsepower and still meet manufacturer regulations. This allowed him to win a lot of races. As a result, other racing colleagues would ask him for his services as a mechanic. Before moving to Arizona he also frequently worked on snowmobiles. He visits a friend a couple times a year to stay fresh on snowmobile repair.
Both Jeff and Brad have repaired motorcycles, quads (4-wheelers), boats and snowmobiles at a professional level. Many of the general services offered for any vehicle are offered for motorcycle repair and maintenance, except where the vehicles differ. Some modern motorcycles are fuel injected and very complicated, but with a few basic tools and the service manual most problems can be easily diagnosed and repaired. Some repairs may require special equipment and must be performed at the dealership. In the rare case that we can’t perform a certain repair, we’ll point you in the right direction.
