About Us: Crawford’s Auto Repair
Crawford’s Auto Repair, established February 2012, is a privately-owned auto service shop offering comprehensive auto repair and maintenance in Mesa, Arizona 85210. Mechanics Jeff Crawford and Brad Weiss have over 35 years of combined experience with all makes and models. All customers receive a free estimate, a free safety check and free same-day shuttle service. Our free quotes combined with our price match guarantee mean that you get the best services for the best price, risk-free. All cars are evaluated thoroughly and customers are invited into the shop to observe during evaluations and repairs. Our business model does not include service writers. Service writers are middleman sales people who create gaps in communication between the customer and the technician. Services writers may also try to up-sell unnecessary services to the customer to increase commissions. Without service writers, we can actually diagnose your vehicle’s problems better and for a much better price. We treat each vehicle as if it belonged to our own mother and we never try to sell unnecessary repairs. We strive to live up to our slogan of “quality you can trust”. Read our customer reviews.
Meet Jeff Crawford:
Jeff Crawford has been a mechanic since 1993 and got his first job in Michigan. He has broad experience between privately-owned shops and dealerships and has seen all aspects of the industry. He is a firm believer that the customer deserves to have direct contact with the mechanic who is fixing the car, which is an uncharacteristic practice for most repair shops. He is ASE certified and Ford Certified in the following: Engine Diagnostics & Repair; Noise, Vibration and Harness Diagnostics; Brake System Diagnosis and Repair; Advanced Brake System Diagnosis and Service, Advanced Climate Control Diagnostics & Service; Electronics Systems Diagnosis; and Steering and Suspension System.
Meet Brad Weiss:
Brad Weiss also has substantial experience in the private shop and dealership settings, including repairing Cummins, Ford and Duramax diesel engines. He also worked in a shop repairing medium and heavy duty trucks (up to large semis and over-the-road trucks). He is originally from Seattle, Washington and got his first job as a mechanic in 1998. He and Jeff met while both working in the dealership together and decided to become partners in their own shop — Crawford’s Auto Repair. He has Goodyear training in alignments and anti-lock brake systems. He is also a Ford Senior Master Technician– the highest level of recognition a master mechanic can achieve.
