Crawford’s Auto Repair is OPEN with Covid-19 Precautions In Effect

Crawford’s Auto Repair will remain open during this Coronavirus crisis, also known as COVID-19. Auto repair is an essential business and we are committed to the health and safety of our staff and customers, as well as keeping your vehicles operating safely and efficiently. We are taking precautions to prevent the spread of the virus according to recommendations from the CDC, World Health Organization and other authoritative sources. The following is being implemented at the shop:

• Customers can drop off, receive service, pay “over the phone”, pick up, and have the receipt emailed with no physical contact.
• Keys and major touch points of the vehicle are sterilized before and after service.
• Walk-ins welcome with social distancing and face mask suggested. Hand sanitizer is provided when in stock, when it’s not the bathroom sink is nearby. Customers are encouraged to wash hands. The waiting room is small so no more than 3 customers should be waiting at the same time. We can provide shuttle service within a reasonable distance if needed.
• Staff are not permitted to come to work if they are sick. Staff must wash hands frequently. Handshakes are discouraged, please substitute with a wave.
• Major touch points like door knobs are sanitized frequently.

We will continue to monitor the situation and adjust these protocols as needed. Normal business hours are observed Mon-Thurs 8am-5pm, Fri 8am-3pm.

Crawford’s Auto Repair recognizes the negative impact that Coronavirus is having on our communities and our economy. We are a local business that can always use the support of the community during this rough period; at the same time we will also do our part to contribute by offering a COVID-19 Relief Discount. All pandemic health car workers and families which have been affected by Coronavirus are eligible to receive this discount.
