Crawford’s Auto Repair is a local auto repair shop in Chandler, AZ. It’s located on Frye Rd, less than a mile away from downtown Chandler. Auto maintenance and repair services are provided for individuals, families and businesses with fleets.

The business was founded in 2012 by two senior master technicians, Brad Weiss and Jeff Crawford. Brad and Jeff had met while both working for a dealership and decided that there were things about the auto repair industry that needed to be changed. Namely, they didn’t like how service writers often disrupted the communication between the auto technician and customer. They also didn’t like how service writers were paid by commission and were therefore financially motivated to up-sell or try to add unnecessary services. This didn’t seem like quality service to them, so they went into business for themselves to provide something better. In 2019 Brad purchased Jeff’s portion of the business, and Brad’s wife Leann also became an owner, making it a woman-owned and family-owned business. In April 2022, Crawford’s Auto acquired Rich’s Automotive on Frye Rd and moved to that location. This new building is three times the size of the Mesa shop; it has larger bays allowing indoor services for larger vehicles, and it has easier road access making services more convenient for customers.

Crawford’s Auto Repair provides quality you can trust by hiring expert technicians who work efficiently, having a policy of excellent customer service, providing thorough maintenance checks to prevent repairs or catch repairs before they become more costly, and not hiring service writers who are paid on commission. We treat your vehicle as if it belonged to our own mother and we never try to sell unnecessary repairs. While we do have service managers who act in a similar capacity as traditional service writers, you are still welcome to talk to the technician who is working on your vehicle or to the owner at any time.
